A referral service

Maple Valley Water Damage Relief connects property owners with independent local water damage restoration contractors. We are not a restoration contractor, and we do not perform, supervise or control any work.

Your agreement is with the contractor

Any inspection, estimate, price, schedule or work is agreed directly between you and the contractor. The contractor explains their pricing before work begins, and you decide whether to go ahead. Please check any contractor’s licensing and terms before you hire them.

Information on this site

The content on this site is general information about water damage. It is not insurance, legal or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for an inspection of your property. Always put safety first and follow the advice of the professionals on site.

No warranties

This site and the referral service are provided as they are. We do not warrant the availability, timing or outcome of any contractor’s work. Warranties on completed work, if any, come from the contractor who performed it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Maple Valley Water Damage Relief is not liable for any loss or damage arising from work performed by a contractor, from delays, or from your use of this site.

Calls

Calls to our phone line are recorded and tracked, as explained in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
