Maple Valley Water Damage Relief is a referral service. We answer a 24/7 phone line, (425) 380-0163, and connect property owners with independent local water damage restoration contractors. The contractors perform the work; we do not.
Calls are recorded and tracked
Calls to our phone number are handled by a call-tracking provider. Calls are recorded, and details such as your phone number, the date, time and length of the call, and the general location associated with your number are logged.
Washington law requires consent before a call is recorded. By continuing a call after being told it is recorded, you agree to the recording. If you do not want the call recorded, you can hang up at any time.
Recordings and call details are used to connect you with a contractor, to check the quality of the service, to resolve disputes and to measure which pages lead to calls.
What you tell us on the phone
To arrange help we may ask for your name, phone number, address and a description of the water damage. We share these details with the independent contractor we connect you with so they can contact you and attend the property. We do not sell your personal information.
This website
This site has no contact forms, no accounts, no advertising trackers and no analytics scripts, and it does not set cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
Photos on this site are loaded from Pexels (images.pexels.com), which receives standard technical request data when those images load.
How long we keep information
Call recordings and call logs are kept for as long as our call-tracking provider’s retention settings allow, and only as long as needed for the purposes above. Contractors keep their own records under their own policies.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about your calls, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Call (425) 380-0163 and tell us what you need.
Children
This service is intended for adults responsible for a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
